Five Dysfunctions of a Team Workshop
This team workshop will help teams to identify their key strengths and weakness as a team. Throughout this team workshop, they will use the results from a team assessment along with principles from the book, The Five Dysfunctions of a Team to become more effective together. They will learn Lencioni’s model and work together to build and become a stronger team.
Before the team workshop, participants will read The Five Dysfunctions of a Team book by Patrick Lencioni. They will also take an web-based online team assessment. A team assessment report provides important information about the team’s strengths and weaknesses. Recommendations from the report will be used during the seminar to discuss possible dysfunctions and build strategies to correct them.
Teams will learn the principles for using a Lencioni’s model to overcome the weaknesses of the team. They will create actionable steps to build a strong foundation for success. Teams strategize together to create solutions, commit to acceptable behaviors, plan on how to be accountable, and discuss next steps.
By the end of the workshop, the team will have measurable objectives to ensure they are improving their chances to succeed as a team.
Team workshop topics include:
