Introducing the Leadership Challenge Coaching Program

Now you can get the same results without going to a two – four day workshop when you work with one of our executive coaches.  You’ve save time and money, and get an un-paralleled experience that can’t be matched in a seminar or workshop.  You will also apply the principles on-the-job throughout the three month process. The Leadership Challenge Coaching program is designed exclusively for you.

The core curriculum is built upon seven components, including five modules that focus on each of the Five Practices of Exemplary Leadership.

Here is what you will achieve:

  • Pinpoint your strengths and weaknesses. You start by completing a self-assessment and then have peers, colleagues, and subordinates complete a similar confidential 360 online assessment. The LPI provides an in-depth look at your leadership skills, and also compares you to over two million leaders who have taken the survey. Over 2 million people have been through the Leadership Practices Inventory assessment.
  • Learn how to become a better leader. Your executive coach will help you to create a developmental plan to increase your leadership skills by minimizing your weakness’ and leveraging your strengths.Leadership Challenge Model
  • Increase your leadership effectiveness. By strengthening the key practices of Exemplary Leadership, you will –

How does the coaching program work?

The executive coach and leader meet in-person, phone, or electronically weekly or at least 2-3 sessions a month for about an hour for approximately three months. The leader will have weekly readings and assignments to be completed before the next session.  At the meeting,  the executive coach will focus on key areas that have been prioritize and provide feedback when appropriate.  Some of the greatest value of having a coach is the accountability of keeping focused,  getting honest and confidential feedback, and saving time through a focused learning that is designed for you.
