Last year we ran several EI seminars and administered Hay's
ESCI assessment. It's
very powerful and eye-opening. There are two versions - one for leaders and
another for salespeople. For sales, the bottom line results
are documented. Companies like L'oreal, AT&T and others have
shown much higher sales for salespeople with strong EI Skills.
Dan Goleman and Richard Boyatzis have done many
studies proving that EI can increase sales and productivity.
We are excited to be offering the assessment and seminars.

through the authors to provide this training and assessment to
