Rob VeVerka Biography
Rob VeVerka is president and founder of Professional Learning Systems, a sales and leadership development consulting with offices in Cincinnati and Naples. With over twenty years of experience creating custom training programs in sales, management, and leadership topics, his company provides coaching services as well as a number of research-based sales and leadership training programs. Rob previously was Director of Executive Education at the University of Cincinnati. He was responsible for sales, marketing, operations and leading the University of Cincinnati Executive Program (UCEP) focusing on executive-level leadership development for regional leaders. Prior to UC, he was with Ernst & Young Technologies as a Regional Sales Manager responsible for a three-state area. His positions in sales and management at Xerox Learning Systems and Learning International provided an opportunity to consult with over one hundred organizations including such companies as Holiday Inn, Nationwide, NCR, Marriott, Goodyear, Mead, American Tourister, Western & Southern, AT&T, NTN, Reynolds & Reynolds, Right Associates, and Procter & Gamble.
In his freshman year at Xerox he was the rookie of the year, and went on to win several awards for exceptional sales performance. He also taught sales and management training at the Xerox national training center at Leesburg, Virginia. Rob began his career at Ford’s World Headquarters in Detroit where he was a part of the Ford Corporate Management Development program.
His MBA is from the University of Cincinnati, where he focused marketing and finance. He publishes and speaks on various sales and management topics at conferences and at business meetings, He is a contributor to several periodicals.
